Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Scaleflow. If you're not happy with your subscription, we'll do our best to make it right. Read on for our full policy.

1. Free Trial

Scaleflow offers a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account simply expires — no refund needed.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel a monthly subscription:

5. Enterprise & Custom Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise and Custom plans are governed by the individual agreements signed between Scaleflow and the customer. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at care@scaleflow.in with:

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
