By accessing or using Scaleflow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those on free trials and paid plans.
Scaleflow is a SaaS operations platform that enables businesses to manage rental inventory, availability calendars, bookings, events, agreements, invoices, tenants, and analytics from a single workspace. Features and limits vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at care@scaleflow.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro plan access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to read-only mode unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Scaleflow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than operating and improving the platform.
All platform code, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data) are the exclusive property of Scaleflow. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Enterprise and Custom plans include SLA guarantees as specified in those agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scaleflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Scaleflow harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
